What is an RCIC and why does it matter?+
A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) is licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) to represent clients before IRCC. Only RCICs and lawyers are authorized to provide immigration advice in Canada.
How much does a consultation cost?+
We offer a free 15-minute assessment call to evaluate your eligibility. For a detailed 45-minute strategy session with our RCIC, there is a fee. Check our contact page for current pricing.
Do you handle refusal cases?+
Yes. We specialize in complex cases including visa refusals. We analyze your previous application, identify weaknesses, and build a stronger case for reapplication.
Can you help if I am already in Canada?+
Absolutely. We help clients currently in Canada with status extensions, status changes (visitor to student, student to worker), PGWP applications, and PR pathways from within Canada.
What documents do I need for the first call?+
For the free assessment, just your basic details. For the paid session, we recommend having your passport, education credentials, IELTS scores, and any previous refusal letters ready.
