NestAbroad Immigration is a CICC-regulated immigration consultancy led by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). We provide guidance on Canadian immigration matters, including study permits, work permits, visitor visas, permanent residence, and family sponsorship.

A formal client–consultant relationship is established only when a written retainer agreement is signed by both parties. Until then, any information shared on this Site or in preliminary discussions is for general guidance and does not constitute legal or professional advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or submit information through the Site. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current to the best of your knowledge.

You acknowledge that providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in delays, refusals, or other consequences imposed by IRCC, and that NestAbroad Immigration is not responsible for such outcomes.

Fees for our services are set out in the retainer agreement signed before work begins. Government fees (IRCC, biometrics, medicals, etc.) are separate and payable directly to the relevant authority.

Refund eligibility, scope of work, and milestones are governed by the terms of your individual retainer agreement.

The final decision on any immigration application rests solely with IRCC or the relevant Canadian authority. While we work diligently to prepare strong, well-documented applications, NestAbroad Immigration cannot and does not guarantee approval, processing time, or any specific outcome.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is the property of NestAbroad Immigration or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Surrey, British Columbia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version.
