Home care workers now have more clarity on their pathway to permanent residence (PR) in Canada! 🇨🇦✨ Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has released important details about the upcoming Home Care Worker Immigration Pilots (HCWP), set to launch on March 31, 2025. 📅

🔹 What’s New?
✅ Easier Eligibility: Reduced language, work experience, and education requirements 🎓💬
✅ No LMIA Required: These pathways will be LMIA-exempt, making it easier for employers to hire foreign home care workers 👩‍⚕️🏠
✅ PR Upon Arrival: Eligible candidates can get permanent residence as soon as they arrive in Canada! 🚀

🔹 Who Can Apply?
📍 Initially, only applicants already in Canada will be able to submit applications. Those outside Canada will have to wait for future openings. ⏳🌍

🔹 Other Key Details
📌 HCWP will have two streams, details of which will be announced soon.
📌 Out-of-status workers in Canada may still be eligible to apply. 🛂
